With their eye on rounding out the roster the Atlanta Hawks have invited two summer league participants to training camp. Lamar Patterson (an Atlanta second round pick in 2014) has been signed to a partially guaranteed contract, while Terran Petteway has also been signed to a partially guaranteed contract. Both signings according to Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Patterson ended up in Turkey last season rather than playing for the Hawks, before that he was a star at Pittsburgh. The 6-foot-5 wing was a versatile player during his senior year with the Panthers, alternating between small forward and a kind of small-ball power forward.
