The Atlanta Hawks would do well to add to their bench a quality defensive-minded big-man who can rebound and block shots.
With an Al Horford and Paul Millsap front-court possibly reuniting next season — pending Millsap’s free-agency — an interior-oriented big-man could go a long way in assisting Atlanta on the boards — a statistic in which Atlanta ranked 27th in the league through the regular season.
One such free-agent big-man is Charlotte Hornets center Bismack Biyombo. A tenacious, hard-working rebounder who can protect the rim, Biyombo would serve Atlanta’s front-court well by adding athleticism and much-needed size.
