The Atlanta Hawks fell to the Brooklyn Nets Saturday by a score of 122-112.
The Hawks got off to a hot start, riding a 8-0 start in the early moments to a 14-5 lead.
Before Atlanta could build any further cushion, Brooklyn went on a 18-2 run to take the lead.
The 2nd quarter was the Trae Young and Alex Len show, with the two combining to score the team’s first 18 of the period.
Young entered the half with 24 points and a 13-point lead for the team.
Last time the Hawks played the Nets, Brooklyn grabbed a ludicrous 15 offensive rebounds in the first half, a major factor in Atlanta losing that game.
