Miles Plumlee has been largely anonymous since landing with the Atlanta Hawks in a trade that sent Dwight Howard to the Charlotte Hornets. Aside from recovery from what the Hornets termed as an “arthroscopic debridement on his right knee,” it has seemingly been business as usual. However, a report from veteran NBA reporter Peter Vecsey (on his Patreon page) suggests Plumlee was charged with “fifth degree” possession of marijuana in late August. Plumlee was then reportedly released on what Vecsey describes as $100 bail and additional information (or confirmation) is unavailable at this point.
