When the Atlanta Hawks selected Sharife Cooper with the 48th in the 2021 NBA draft, they knew that they were getting a steal. The rookie point guard has shown some glimpses of his potential in summer league action and the signs are all good.
While he has had his issues with turnovers, there is still plenty to like about his game. Cooper is not afraid of the big moments, showing that he can hit the clutch 3-ball as required. For a player who had question marks over his 3-point shooting, ask the Indiana Pacers.
