Everyone’s a critic. That’s especially true today.
When news breaks everyone has to have an opinion instantly. The Atlanta Hawks learned that on the night of the 2015 NBA Draft. The team acquired Tim Hardaway Jr. for the draft rights to Jerian Grant that night.
The move was quickly met with criticism from around the NBA blogosphere. The criticism might have been warranted. It didn’t look like a good move in terms of value. Atlanta traded the 19th overall pick for a player coming off of a season in which he shot 38.9 percent from the field and 34.
