The Atlanta Hawks only made one trade before the deadline. They sent Rajon Rondo to the LA Clippers and getting back Lou Williams, two future second-round draft picks, and cash. It is safe to say, even after the first two games that the Hawks have benefitted greatly from this trade.
On his social media account, Williams mentioned retirement being a possibility as he had given so much to the LA Clippers. However, he still felt that he has a lot to give and if the first few games are anything to go by, he is correct.
