A look at Trae Young’s historic performance

Hawks’ rookie Trae Young has played just three NBA games but he’s already put his name in the history books.

Young had 35 points and 11 assist for the Hawks in Sunday’s 133-111 victory at the Cavaliers.

In doing so:

* Young became the eighth rookie in NBA history to compile at least 35 points and 11 assists in a game, joining Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Steph Curry, Oscar Robertson, Allen Iverson, Sherman Douglas and Kelvin Ransey.

* Young is the first player in NBA history with a 35-point/10-assist game within his first 10 NBA games.
