FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Matt Schaub and Matt Simms have learned their lessons.
The Atlanta Falcons quarterbacks initially figure there might be at least some confusion, with their teammate being MVP candidate Matt Ryan and their position coach being Matt LaFleur. Both Schaub and Simms have come to grips with the hierarchy of Matts in the meeting room.
``Simms and I have realized over time if someone just says, `Matt,' they’re talking to Matt Ryan,’’ Schaub said, ``until they say it a third time, then we’re like, `All right, it might be one of us.’ ’’
Ryan’s wife, Sarah, brought a little added attention to the name game when she made reference on Twitter to the Matt foursome following team picture day.
