Matt Ryan’s pass intended for Julio Jones was intercepted by Redskins’ safety Trenton Robinson on the Falcons’ first posession Sunday.
Ryan had thrown 116 pass attempts without an interception. Ryan’s last interception was in the Falcons’ 26-24 victory over the Eagles in week one.
The pass was intercepted with 12:45 remaining in the first quarter. Robinson returned the interception for eight yards to the Washtinton 25-yard line.
Ryan was also sacked in the first quarter by R Kerrigan for a loss of nine yards.
