Tevin Coleman is a good NFL running backs. Good, not great and certainly replaceable. Despite the loss of Coleman, the Atlanta Falcons will be in better shape from a run game standpoint than they have been since Michael Turner left in 2012.
Devonta Freeman is not expected to take a snap in Thursday night’s preseason game versus the Broncos which will give us all an extended look at the rest of the running backs on the roster. It is very conceivable that the Falcons will carry four different backs this year and that Brian Hill or Kenjon Barner would be the odd man out of the rotation and looking for a job in the very near future.
