There is no doubt that Roddy White has earned this honor. There was no doubt when he left the game in 2015, that he would eventually be added to the Ring of Honor; the only question was going to be “when”.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the ceremony will take place this December when the Falcons welcome the Panthers to town. I hope that Atlanta will respect Roddy enough to show up and show out for this honor. We all know the attendance issues that have plagued MBS from the start.
Roddy White will join Warrick Dunn, Gerald Riggs, Deion Sanders, Mike Kenn, Claude Humphrey, Jeff Van Note, Jessie Tuggle, Tommy Nobis, Steve Bartkowski and William Andrews in the Falcons Ring of Honor.
