Cornerback Robert Alford returned to practice in a limited capacity, while safety Robenson Therezie remained sidelined on Wednesday.
One of the benefits of the bye week is that it gives players an opportunity to get healthy and rested for the rest of the season. This is certainly true for the Falcons. Several players remain limited in practice, but only one player was held out on Wednesday.
Dan Quinn confirmed prior to practice that safety Robenson Therezie would be held out Wednesday as he continues to heal from a hamstring injury he suffered against the Niners.
