The Falcons have not announced a deal with Levitre.
Levitre, who was acquired from the Tennessee Titan via trade in the 2015 preseason, was entering the final year of his current contract and was set to have a cap hit of $8.3 million. By restructuring Levitre’s deal, the Falcons likely freed up some money to re-sign other members of their current roster or make a move in free agency.
