Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, the reigning NFL MVP, feels even better about his 32-year-old body going into training camp after another round of offseason work in Southern California.
Ryan started training at 3DQB last season, which helped him add a few more yards to his deep ball. His latest session with former baseball pitchers Tom House and Adam Dedeaux occurred recently at Golden West College.
"I feel really good," Ryan told ESPN. "Worked hard with Adam Dedeaux and those guys out there and feel really good about where I'm at right now.
