On Sunday, the Atlanta Falcons came back in the final seconds to upset the heavily favored San Francisco 49ers. The comeback was the 29th in Matt Ryan’s NFL Career, which puts him in prestigious company.
Ryan’s been building this one for a while, as he had 11 in the first four years of his career before settling into a quieter routine with some better teams (2016 and 2017) and a team that just couldn’t come back (2018). He’s had two fourth quarter comebacks and two game-winning drives in 2019 thus far.
