Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan said it would be a good idea to get the guys together this offseason to throw for unscheduled workouts.
His words came to fruition Tuesday.
Entertainer Luther Campbell, who mentored Falcons running back Devonta Freeman growing up in Miami, broke the news of the Falcons gathering at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale for throwing sessions. Freeman was part of the group with Ryan along with Julio Jones, newcomer Mohamed Sanu, and receivers Justin Hardy and Nick Williams, among others.
