Julio Jones entered the game against the Buccaneers needing 84 receiving yards to notch his sixth consecutive year with 1,400+ receiving yards. With a dismal performance from Atlanta’s offense, he would end his season a mere six yards shy of the mark.
The accomplishment would have broken his previous record as the only NFL receiver to record five straight seasons of 1,400+ yards receiving. He finishes the year with 1,394 yards.
Julio was visibly hobbled in this one, entering the injury tent at one point and heading to the locker room a minute prior to halftime.
