The Falcons are sitting at 2-6 through eight games. That’s just one game better than they were a year ago, but they’re 2-1 under Raheem Morris with one boneheaded, last second loss, so things are certainly a bit different here.
The Broncos are, as I’ve mentioned many times, the easiest matchup left on the docket for these Atlanta Falcons, and their best opportunity for an easy third win. That’s not to say Denver will roll over—their defense is fine and their passing attack is probably underrated in terms of weapons because the quarterbacking has been so bad—but they are a straightforward matchup nonetheless.
