Falcons coach Dan Quinn said five players will be held out of practice today because of injuries: center Mike Person (ankle), wide receiver Leonard Hankerson (hamstring), linebacker Justin Durant (elbow), safety William Moore (groin) and cornerback Robert Alford (groin).
Person, Durant and Alford all left Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers because of their injuries. Person and Durant are starters while Alford is the No. 3 cornerback.
Moore, the starting safety, did not play against the Bucs. Hankerson, the No. 3 receiver, sat out the past two weeks.
