ORLANDO -- If Thursday night is the dress rehearsal of the NFL preseason, then folks should get a better feel for how well Mohamed Sanu and Justin Hardy play their supporting roles.
The Atlanta Falcons' players are the two primary characters expected to complement lead actor Julio Jones this season, at least at the wide receiver position. Sanu is the newcomer who signed a $6.5-million-a-year deal to be the No. 2 guy; Hardy is the emerging, second-year talent with tremendous potential. There have been flashes by both, including Sanu's spectacular, 32-yard catch and run down the middle against Cleveland last week.
