The Atlanta Falcons officially placed WR Devin Fuller on injured reserve after he passed through waivers unclaimed on Friday.
This move was expected after Fuller recently suffered an ACL tear that will cost him the entire 2017 season.
Fuller, 23, was taken in the seventh-round of last year’s NFL draft. He signed a four-year, $2.41 million rookie contract and stands to make a base salary of $630,000 for the 2017 season.
The Falcons waived Fuller with an injury designation on Thursday.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
