The Atlanta Falcons haven’t been shy about looking north for talent. Terry Fontenot’s front office has worked out or signed multiple CFLers in his tenure in Atlanta, with a couple spending the summer with the Falcons in hopes of latching on. They have one unmitigated success story from their excursions over the border, in the former of ex-CFLer and current nickel cornerback and punt returner Dee Alford.
The team may be gearing up to try again. Per 3 Down Nation, the Falcons have worked out wide receiver Austin Mack, who was an all-star for the Montreal Alouettes this past season.
