The Atlanta Falcons announced Thursday that they’ve waived WR Devin Fuller with an injury designation.
Should Fuller clear waivers on Friday, he would revert to the team’s injured reserve list.
This move was expected after Fuller recently suffered an ACL tear that will cost him the entire 2017 season.
Fuller, 23, was taken in the seventh-round of last year’s NFL draft. He signed a four-year, $2.41 million rookie contract and stands to make a base salary of $630,000 for the 2017 season.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
