With training camp four days in, the Atlanta Falcons have whittled down their fullback competition, and have swapped out a few spots at the bottom of the 90-man count.
Stanford RB Daniel Marx hit the waiver wire Monday afternoon, as did newer additions S Jason Hall and CB Terrence Parks.
The team added WR Colby Pearson (formerly of the Packers), LB Jonathan Celestin (a former Minnesota Gopher) and OL Kendall Calhoun (formerly of the Texans) to fill the waived spots.
Marx is, of course, the most notable of the trio let go, as he was figured to make his case in the team’s open fullback spot.
