Kyle Shanahan is bringing in a familiar face for Atlanta's new zone blocking scheme.
The Falcons have at least one, if not more, glaring holes along their offensive line. After coming away with only one 7th round offensive linemen, they had begun kicking the tires on a few free agents. The team has signed the versatile offensive lineman Tyler Polumbus, per Tyler Polumbus on twitter.

The 6-foot-8, 308-pound player has had stints with the Denver Broncos, the Seattle Seahawks, and most recently the Washington Redskins after being undrafted in 2008.
