The Atlanta Falcons have signed defensive end Allen Bailey to a two-year, $5.25 million deal, adding a strong defensive lineman to a group that has already been hit by the injury bug.

The signing happened following injuries to both safety J.J. Wilcox and defensive tackle Michael Bennett during the first day of training camp on Monday, which in turn followed the team losing defensive end Steven Means earlier in the offseason.
