Falcons RT Kaleb McGary exits ‘Sunday Night Football’ vs. Chiefs with knee injury

Falcons right tackle Kaleb McGary left Sunday night’s matchup against the Chiefs after suffering a knee injury in the second quarter. He has been ruled out for the rest of the contest.

McGary was injured when his left leg was rolled up on while trying to block Chris Jones. Jones was able to make it to quarterback Kirk Cousins and take him down, and he was hit with a roughing the passer penalty. McGary was in obvious pain — he was assisted off the field, and according to Falcoholic alum Will McFadden and AtlantaFalcons.com’s Tori McElhaney, McGary could hardly put any weight on that left leg.
