The Falcons re-signed Craig Reynolds on Wednesday, reinforcing their depth at running back after second year running back Qadree Ollison missed practice.
Reynolds spent time on the practice squad last season after getting cut by Washington. He originally signed with Washington as an UDFA in 2019 and was active in several games with them before being cut in November. The Falcons swooped him up and handed him a futures contact over the offseason.
The Falcons just cut Reynolds 3 weeks ago and there’s no indication that the Falcons are anticipating a lengthy absence for Ollison, so this reunion may be short-lived.
