Falcons’ head coach Dan Quinn proclaimed that starting running back Devonta Freeman will be a “full go” for training camp, after the five-year pro missed almost the entire 2018 season due to injuries.
“We can’t wait to get Free back,” Quinn told the AJC. “He’s having such an awesome offseason. When you get to see the team out here this spring, I think you’ll feel the energy at running back certainly with Free leading the way.”
Freeman played in only two games in the 2018 campaign after fighting lingering knee, groin, and foot injuries.
