The Atlanta Falcons played some courageous football yesterday. Beating the Cam Newton-led Carolina Panthers is always a good time; but given how week one played out, yesterday’s victory was especially sweet. There was a lot to like, and we’ll fully digest yestersday’s action in the days ahead. But let’s break down the injuries, shall we?
Falcons guard Andy Levitre injured his elbow early in the first half and was ruled out. If there’s a silver lining, it’s that we got an extended look at Wes Schweitzer (51 snaps) at right guard once Levitre left the game.
