Desmond Ridder’s play has been up and down all season, and the worst thing that could happen to the Falcons is a rash of offensive line injuries impacting his protection.
Unfortunately, that’s exactly where the Falcons are right now.
Center Drew Dalman (ankle) and right tackle Kaleb McGary (knee) were inactive for Sunday’s matchup against the Buccaneers. And then left tackle Jake Matthews and right guard Chris Lindstrom both left the matchup against the Buccaneers with injuries in the first half.
It’s a knee injury for Matthews, and he is questionable to return to the matchup.
