FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – The Falcons will be in the market for a new running backs coach after Keith Carter accepted a job to become the offensive line coach for the Tennessee Titans, the team’s website announced Tuesday.
Carter was promoted to running backs coach after two seasons as the assistant offensive line coach for the Falcons. With the Titans, Carter will work with former Falcons’ quarterbacks coach, Matt LaFleur, who is now Tennessee’s offensive coordinator after a one-year stint as OC with the Los Angeles Rams.
This is one of several changes to Atlanta’s offensive coaching staff this offseason.
