With no preseason games in 2020, the time normally spent preparing for games has been used to better look at potential roster and practice squad talent. The Atlanta Falcons in particular have very intriguing position battles at left guard and at swing tackle.
On Thursday afternoon, the Falcons brought in two offensive lineman for workouts as they look to add more depth along the offensive line which currently has seven offensive guards and five tackles.
The offensive tackle the team brought in was 24-year-old Ka’John Armstrong. Armstrong went undrafted out of Eastern Michigan in 2019 and signed with the Cleveland Browns, only to be waived and signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars and Denver Broncos later that season.
