The Falcons have the option every week of flexing two practice squad players to the active roster, something they take advantage of every single week. This week is no exception, with one new name and one very familiar one.
This time out, it’s Edmond Robinson and Austin Edwards, providing some critical depth at linebacker and defensive end for the game ahead.
Robinson has played in three games thus far in 2020, playing 6% of the defensive snaps and 20% of the special teams snaps. He’s compiled three tackles and one quarterback hit (the one in the picture above) and has looked solid against the run in his limited time on the roster.
