The Falcons are going to be without Brandon Fusco for the rest of the season, and they wasted little time making moves in the wake of that. It’s just that they weren’t quite the moves we expected.
The Falcons cut Zac Kerin, who had been the team’s nominal fourth guard, and waived developmental interior lineman J.C. Hassenauer from the practice squad. They replaced Hassenauer with a familiar face in Sean Harlow, Atlanta’s 2017 fourth round pick, who returns after he didn’t make the team over the summer.
