As of 9 p.m. ET Thursday, free-agent outside linebacker Courtney Upshaw was still on his visit with the Atlanta Falcons.
The former Baltimore Ravens' second-round draft pick out of Alabama might be a player the Falcons end up signing Friday, depending on his price tag. They have about $9.2 million in cap space, although that doesn't account for the rookie pool or Thursday's re-signing of veteran linebacker Philip Wheeler.
