The Falcons hunkered down over the bye week, took a hard look at what got the team to this point, and made some changes. Those changes were not as sweeping as I think some Falcons fans were hoping, and thus the fan confidence level held pretty steady, dropping a single percentage point this week.
What did the Falcons do? They moved Raheem Morris back to the defensive side of the ball (a good, if belated move), moved Bernie Parmalee and Dave Brock to running backs and wide receivers coaching positions, and signed the likes of Younghoe Koo at kicker, Ryan Allen at punter, and Brandon Powell at receiver, a position the Falcons now have something like eight guys at.
