FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – The Falcons announced they’ve agreed to terms with third-round draft pick on Thursday.

By selecting Senat, the Falcons addressed a need at the defensive tackle position and added a player who could make an impact early. The 6-foot, 314-pound defensive tackle has a compact, sturdy frame and good hand quickness to help him strike and gain leverage against opposing offensive linemen.
Another aspect of Senat’s game that stood out in college was his motor; he doesn’t quit on a play until the whistle is blown. Senat is a player who has proven hard to move off of his base, and he always works to gain the advantage against blockers.
