Tampa Bay defensive coordinator Mike Smith will not be roaming the sidelines on Sunday at the Georgia Dome.
Smith, the Falcons former head coach, will call the game from the press box.
“I love being in the press box,” Smith told the Tampa media during his weekly press conference on Thursday. “That’s where I’ve spent most of my time as a coach. As a head coach, I had to stand on the sideline, but the majority of my time has been up in the press box.”
