ESPN took to this approach in celebration of the 50th year of the legendary 1974 Pittsburgh Steelers draft class (which featured four eventual hall of famers), embarking on an exercise ranking some of the best draft classes in recent memory.
The ranking consists of the 12 best classes of the 21st century (since 2000), and the Atlanta Falcons’ lauded 2008 draft class not only is featured but even makes an appearance in the top five.
