SAN JOSE, Calif. – Carolina defensive end Charles Johnson sat at his chair reading the New York Times on Wednesday.
The Hawkinsville native, who starred at the University of Georgia, was politely interrupted from his morning reading. However, Johnson was more than happy to discuss how he help the youth in the community that nurtured him.
He established the Charles Johnson Foundation to help facilitate his goals in Pulaski County, which is one of the University of Georgia’s Archway partnership communities.
