The dismal state of Atlanta Falcons quarterbacking obscured how deep the issues ran at wide receiver the past two seasons, but the reality is that a once proud corps has been decimated. In 2020, the Falcons had Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley, and Russell Gage as their top three receivers; last year, it was Drake London, Van Jefferson, and Scotty Miller by the end of the season.
London is a legitimate building block and a player in danger of being underrated given the lack of on-target targets he received in 2022 and 2023, but the rest of the group clearly needed to be overhauled.
