It was a grind it out game…but the Atlanta Falcons weren’t able to pull through.
On Sunday, the Atlanta Falcons saw their win streak get snapped against the Minnesota Vikings 14-9. The Falcons are now 7-5. Down two corners in their defensive secondary, the Falcons played the Vikings quite well for the most part of the day.
However, missed opportunities and big penalties on the offensive side of the ball, is what ultimately cost the Falcons in this game.
The Falcons had to settle for three field goals and a missed field goal late by the usually automatic Matt Bryant, which would’ve cut the Vikings lead to two, basically put the game to rest for the Vikings.
