Atlanta Falcons: Offense grades after Eagles win

Once again, the Atlanta Falcons are 1-0. After a dominant first half, Atlanta was able to hold onto a 26-24 lead and see off the Philadelphia Eagles. This was an impressive start for Dan Quinn in his first game as head coach. You want fast and physical? You got it.

Defensively, the Falcons were simply outstanding in the first half. Sam Bradford couldn’t get anything going and DeMarco Murray finished the half with a net of minus-four yards. That’s the 2014 NFL rushing champion and he didn’t even register a single yard in two quarters of play.
