It is those ugly wins that show the mental toughness of true contending teams. The Atlanta Falcons had one of those in a grind-it-out defensive affair against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
For fans of the Falcons, it’s great to see the team win despite the fact that the offense wasn’t working. Much like how the team beat the Redskins a couple of weeks ago. For people who had Atlanta’s offensive starters on their fantasy teams, it wasn’t as great.
The birds ended up only scoring 10 points total, with one offensive touchdown. The NFL’s No. 7 ranked passing offense, and fourth ranked total offense didn’t look the part Sunday, against the best passing defense in the NFL.
