The Atlanta Falcons have entered their own little hell, one caused by a back-to-back losses to NFC South rivals. Now 6-8, the Falcons are in very real danger of finishing with a losing record for the third straight season, with all the big offseason changes that might accompany that.
To get out of it, they’re starting Taylor Heinicke, have shaken up the secondary a little bit, and are hoping they’ll be able lean on their defense and run game to pull out a win at home against a surging Indianapolis Colts team that has won five of its past six games.
