With the Yankees set to play a doubleheader against the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday, they have called up RHP Albert Abreu from their Alternate Training Site to serve as the "29th man" on the roster.
If Abreu were to come out of the bullpen in either of the seven-inning games, it will be his major league debut.
The 24-year-old, who was acquired in the Brian McCann trade with the Houston Astros back in 2016, has made it as far as Double-A ball in his career thus far.
