As the end of the MLB regular season moves further along into dog days of August, it's now or never for the New York Yankees to make a postseason push.
New York (60-58, last in AL East) has split or lost six straight series dating back to its three-game sweep of the Kansas City Royals at Yankee Stadium from July 21-23. Road woes have been a significant issue for the Yankees' (25-30 on the road) as they have not won a road series since they took two out three games in Oakland against the Athletics from June 27-29.
