The Braves placed shortstop Dansby Swanson (left wrist inflammation) on the 10-day DL and recalled outfielder Preston Tucker from Triple-A Gwinnett on Friday.
Swanson left Wednesday's 7-0 victory over the Mets in the sixth inning.
Swanson, the top pick 2015 MLB Draft, is batting .289 with two homers and 13 RBIs.
